As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the hotel. You will oversee key departments, support service quality, monitor performance, and help ensure that the property operates in line with the standards, objectives, and expectations of the business.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel and ensuring smooth coordination between departments
  • supervising department heads and supporting the performance of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other operational areas
  • maintaining high standards of guest service and responding appropriately to guest feedback, concerns, or service-related issues
  • monitoring service quality, presentation standards, and operational efficiency across the property
  • supporting recruitment, staff development, training, and team performance management
  • helping to manage budgets, operating costs, staffing levels, and productivity in cooperation with ownership or senior management
  • ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and legal requirements
  • monitoring occupancy, revenue performance, and commercial opportunities to support business goals
  • coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers where required
  • representing the hotel professionally in dealings with guests, staff, and business partners
  • contributing to a positive working culture, strong internal communication, and consistent operational standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • previous experience in hotel management or in a senior hotel operations role
  • strong understanding of hotel departments, service standards, and operational procedures
