As a Barkeeper / Bartender, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the bar and for providing guests with high-quality beverage service in a professional and welcoming manner. You will prepare drinks according to established recipes and service standards, maintain the bar area in excellent condition, and contribute to a positive guest experience through efficient service and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities may include:
- preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with the standards of the establishment
- taking drink orders accurately and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- recommending cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages based on guest preferences
- ensuring correct presentation, portioning, and consistency of all drinks served
- maintaining cleanliness, order, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and work surfaces
- monitoring stock levels and assisting with the storage, rotation, and replenishment of bar supplies
- checking glassware, garnishes, mixers, and other bar items to ensure quality and availability during service
- cooperating closely with service staff and management to support smooth bar and restaurant operations
- handling bills and payment procedures where required
- following all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- contributing to a welcoming, polished, and professional bar atmosphere
Qualifications and Requirements:
- previous experience as a Bartender, Barkeeper, or in a similar bar service role
- good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, and bar service procedures
