As a Packing and Sorting Worker, you will be responsible for sorting, checking, and packing harvested agricultural products so that they are ready for shipment, storage, or further processing. Your work will help ensure that products are handled carefully, meet basic quality standards, and are prepared efficiently within the daily workflow of the operation.

Your responsibilities may include:

• sorting fruits, vegetables, or other agricultural products by size, quality, type, or condition
• checking produce for visible defects, damage, or irregularities and separating unsuitable items where required
• packing products carefully into boxes, trays, crates, or other designated containers
• labeling, stacking, and preparing packed goods for storage, transport, or distribution
• handling products with care to reduce damage and maintain product quality
• following packing instructions, quality guidelines, and productivity targets
• keeping workstations, packing tables, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• assisting with basic cleaning, preparation, or support tasks in the packing area
• working efficiently in a repetitive and fast-paced production environment
• following workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:

• previous experience in packing, sorting, agriculture, warehouse work, or food handling is an advantage, but not always required
• good attention to detail and ability to identify basic quality differences
• ability to work efficiently and accurately in a routine-based environment
• physical stamina and willingness to perform standing or repetitive tasks
• reliability, discipline, and ability to follow instructions
