Responsibilities

• Sorting: Inspecting and sorting harvested products based on size, quality, and type to meet market standards.
• Packing: Carefully packing sorted products into boxes, crates, or pallets, ensuring they are secure and well-labeled.
• Labeling: Affixing labels with product information, including weight, price, and destination.
• Quality Control: Checking for defects or damages and removing any unsatisfactory items from the packing line.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining records of packed products.
• Cleaning: Keeping the packing area clean and organized, including cleaning tools and equipment used in the process.
• Team Collaboration: Working with other workers and supervisors to ensure efficient packing and sorting operations.
