As a Nanny / Housemaid, you will support the daily routine of the household by combining childcare assistance with practical household support. Depending on the needs of the family, your role may include caring for children, helping maintain household order, and ensuring that the home environment remains clean, calm, and well organized.
Your responsibilities may include:
- supervising and caring for children in a safe, attentive, and supportive manner
- assisting with daily childcare routines such as dressing, meals, school preparation, or age-appropriate activities
- supporting children’s wellbeing through a calm, responsible, and caring presence
- carrying out light household duties such as tidying, laundry, ironing, bed making, or general household organization
- helping to maintain cleanliness and order in living areas, children’s rooms, and other assigned parts of the home
- preparing simple meals or assisting with food-related routines where required
- following the family’s household rules, routines, and specific care instructions
- ensuring discretion, respect for privacy, and professional conduct in the family home
- communicating clearly and respectfully with parents or household members regarding daily routines, needs, or observations
- supporting a stable, comfortable, and well-managed home environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- previous experience in childcare, household support, domestic service, or a similar role is an advantage
- caring, patient, and responsible attitude
- good understanding of home routines, cleanliness, and child safety
- ability to work independently and manage daily tasks in an organized way
- trustworthy, discreet, and respectful approach to private household environments
- good communication skills and a calm, cooperative manner
- flexibility and willingness to adapt to the specific needs of the family
- references or relevant childcare / domestic work background are an advantage
