Job Summary: Nannies/Housemaids

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Nannies/Housemaids to provide essential support to our household and family environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the household.

Responsibilities:

1. Childcare:

   • Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outings.
   • Ensure a safe environment by monitoring children's activities and supervising playtime.
   • Assist with homework and educational activities as needed.

2. Housekeeping:

   • Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
   • Maintain cleanliness in living areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
   • Manage household errands such as grocery shopping and occasional meal preparation.

3. Routine Care:

   • Follow routines and schedules established by the family for children's meals, naps, and bedtime.
   • Administer basic healthcare such as first aid and medication under parental guidance.

4. Communication:

   • Maintain open and respectful communication with parents regarding children's activities, progress, and any issues that may arise.
   • Coordinate with other household staff members to ensure efficient operation of daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny, housemaid, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of childcare and child development.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in childcare or household management are a plus.
