As a Spa Therapist in a hotel environment, you will be responsible for providing wellness treatments and guest care in a professional, relaxing, and service-oriented manner. You will help create a high-standard spa experience by performing treatments correctly, maintaining a clean and peaceful environment, and ensuring that each guest feels comfortable and well looked after.
Your responsibilities may include:
- performing spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, and other wellness services in accordance with hotel standards
- preparing treatment rooms before and after each session to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation
- welcoming guests professionally and explaining treatments, procedures, or aftercare where appropriate
- ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and wellbeing throughout the treatment process
- maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all spa areas
- handling spa products, oils, towels, linens, and equipment correctly and professionally
- supporting spa reception or treatment scheduling where required
- recommending suitable treatments or wellness products in a professional and guest-focused manner
- monitoring treatment room supplies and assisting with stock control where needed
- cooperating with spa colleagues, hotel staff, and management to maintain a smooth and high-quality operation

Qualifications and Requirements:
- previous experience as a Spa Therapist, massage therapist, or in a similar wellness role
