As a Greenhouse Worker, you will support the daily cultivation, care, and handling of plants within a greenhouse or other controlled growing environment. Your work will help ensure that crops are maintained under the right conditions and that greenhouse operations run efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Your responsibilities may include:

• planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining crops or young plants in accordance with operational guidelines
• monitoring plant condition and supporting healthy growth through routine care and observation
• assisting with tasks such as transplanting, tying, trimming, or removing damaged plant material
• checking and maintaining cleanliness and order within the greenhouse working area
• helping to regulate and monitor growing conditions such as temperature, humidity, irrigation, and ventilation where required
• collecting, sorting, and preparing plants or produce for packing, storage, or further processing
• using tools, containers, and greenhouse equipment safely and responsibly
• supporting supervisors and team members in maintaining an efficient and productive workflow
• following hygiene, safety, and crop-handling procedures at all times
• adapting to physically active work in warm, humid, or changing environmental conditions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• previous experience in greenhouse work, horticulture, agriculture, or plant care is an advantage, but not always required
• physical stamina and willingness to carry out manual work throughout the day
• interest in plant cultivation and careful handling of crops
• ability to work in warm, humid, or otherwise controlled growing conditions
• reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
• team spirit and readiness to support different greenhouse-related tasks as needed
• basic understanding of plant care or agricultural routines is beneficial
