Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning: Cleaning and tidying guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.

Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and floors.

Providing Amenities: Replenishing towels, toiletries, soaps, and other guest items as per the hotel's requirements.

Damage Inspection: Identifying damages or defects in guest rooms and reporting them to management for immediate repair or maintenance.

Laundry Care: Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, and other textiles as per the hotel's instructions.

Communication: Communicating with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth room cleaning and guest care operations.

Compliance with Standards: Adhering to the hotel's hygiene and cleaning standards, as well as all relevant health and safety regulations.

Guest Interaction: Providing friendly and professional interaction with guests to meet their needs and create a positive impression of the hotel.

In addition to these main tasks, chambermaids may also undertake other duties as required by the hotel to ensure efficient and high-quality housekeeping service.
