As a receptionist on river cruise vessels, your role involves providing excellent customer service to passengers throughout their journey. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries and reservations, assisting with onboard activities and services, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring passenger satisfaction.
