Responsibilities
Crop Collection: Hand-harvest fruits, vegetables, or grains according to quality standards and production goals.
Quality Control: Inspect crops for ripeness and quality, discarding any that do not meet standards.
Equipment Operation: Use and maintain tools and equipment, such as harvesters, knives, or baskets, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Field Preparation: Assist with pre-harvest preparations, including planting, watering, and weeding crops.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other harvest workers and supervisors to coordinate harvesting activities and achieve production targets.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of harvested quantities and any issues encountered during the harvest process.
