Job Areas:
Cabin Care:
Daily cleaning and organizing of guest cabins, making beds, changing bed linens, and replenishing amenities. Ensure that all surfaces, furniture, and cabin facilities are clean and well-maintained. Report any necessary repairs in the cabins to the head housekeeper.
Guest Interaction:
Welcome guests in a friendly manner and promptly respond to their inquiries or concerns. Provide information about onboard facilities, activities, and services. Assist passengers with hand luggage during arrival and departure.
Teamwork:
Collaborate closely with other cabin stewards and housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service quality.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry. Experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hotel or cruise industry. Commitment to high cleanliness and service standards. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Proficiency in both German and English.
