After we receive your application it will take a few days to deal with it. You will receive a reply not later than after 7 days. Should this – by way of an exception – not be the case and should you have to wait longer for a response, please do not hesitate to contact us (preferably by e-mail).
If we have a suitable position for you right away which exactly corresponds with your wishes we will contact you immediately and discuss how to proceed.
Your application will be treated as strictly confidential. This means that we will only forward your documents to a potential employer after you have received all the relevant information about the position and have given us your approval.
Due to the various requests and requirements of the cruise lines/hotels and also of you as an applicant (notice period etc.) we are unfortunately not able to predict how long it will take to successfully place you for a job. There have been cases where there was a suitable vacancy within a day and our candidate started the new job only a few days later. So particularly in the cruise industry a high degree of flexibility is needed.
We would like to keep in touch with you, but should you not hear from us for a while this merely means that we cannot offer you a suitable position at the moment. We ask for your understanding that we are not able to contact you “on a weekly basis”.
Please stay in touch with us and let us know – preferably by e-mail – if there has been any change (new telephone number etc.) or if you have accepted another job offer. Thus we may update your resume and will know from when on you would be available for a new challenge again.
