As an IT Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s IT systems and digital infrastructure. You will help ensure that technology solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs, while also assisting users and contributing to the implementation of new systems, tools, or processes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems, devices, and software
- assisting with the assessment and improvement of existing IT environments and operational processes
- providing technical support to users and helping to resolve hardware, software, network, or access-related issues
- contributing to the implementation of new IT solutions, updates, and system improvements
- supporting cybersecurity measures, data protection practices, and general IT security standards
- helping to maintain documentation related to systems, procedures, assets, and support activities
- working with internal teams and external providers to ensure stable and efficient IT operations
- assisting with user account management, permissions, and access control where required
- monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and usability

Qualifications and Requirements:
- previous experience in an IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or similar technical role
- good understanding of IT infrastructure, business systems, end-user support, and basic security principles
- ability to analyze problems and provide practical, efficient technical solutions
- strong organizational skills and a structured approach to technical tasks
- good communication skills and ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users
- professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude
- flexibility and ability to adapt to changing technical and business requirements
- relevant technical education, certification, or practical hands-on experience is an advantage
